BRIAN CHARETTE
In the last 20 years, Grammy nominated organist, Brian Charette has become
an integral part of the New York jazz scene. He has recorded and played
with everyone from Joni Mitchel to Lou Donaldson. Brian was just named
runner up in the 2012 Downbeat Critics Poll in the “Organ:Rising Star”
category and has been writing regularly for Keyboard Magazine for the past
2 years. Mr. Charette has recorded several highly regarded jazz albums for
SteepleChase Records. His last album, “Music for Organ Sextette” received 3
1/2 stars in DownBeat.
