Gordon’s credibility was also enhanced by the presence of Bruce Springsteen and in 1978, Gordon signed a contract with RCA Victor, Presley’s label (“It’s a dream come true”, he said).
His first album for RCA, ‘Rockbilly Boogie’, released in February 1979.
Recently Robert’s career has a bit of an upswing. With many Live performances in Europe, Canada and The United States.
On November 14, 2017 Robert Gordon will be playing some of his popular songs including Rockabilly Boogie, Black Slacks, The Way I Walk, and Red Hot.
